If you’re not sure what that is, it’s an alert that a new cyclone is forming in the Indian Ocean just south of Burma. It might get big, and it is currently headed straight for Rangoon, the capital of Burma.
This map (click on it for a larger version) was made at mid-afternoon Burma time on Wednesday, May 14 —in other words, just 12 days after Category-3 Cyclone Nargis killed something like 50,000 or more Burmese. If you click the link, you should get the updated information.
